Delete my account

When you delete your account, it's gone for good. This can't be undone.

• Your account is deleted and you're signed out everywhere.
• Your favorites, saved searches and choices of notifications and language are deleted, as are the app installations linked to the account.
• Property reports you've bought can no longer be opened.
• Receipts for your purchases are kept without your name and email address, since the law requires us to keep our accounting records.
• Boosts you've bought stay on the properties until they end.

Database backups are deleted after 30 days. Read more in our privacy policy.
